Wolf, Bär & Co is a NDR TV programme
The 40 episodes of "Wolf, Bär & Co" (wolf, bear & co) were filmed at Wildpark Lüneburger Heide. We are Germany's biggest animal park with more than 1,200 animals from 140 different species. The TV series focussed on the lives of large and small wild animals in Europe. "Wolf, Bär & Co" gave an exciting view behind the scenes at the Wildpark and lets the viewer experience close contact with the animals. In order to film the wolves the cameraman had to subordinate himself completely to the animals and become part of the pack. .

In Free Nature
Almost all animals live in free nature at Wildpark Lüneburger Heide: on sunny pastures, in outdoor enclosures in the forest and even the birds of prey present themselves in free flights. The nature together with weather and seasons is another main actor at "Wolf, Bär & Co". As the wolfs days with campfires in late winter, the first offspring in spring, wool shearing in summer of golden leaves in early autumn.
